Shipping Method & Rate

We offer Standard Shipping Australia-wide.

• Flat Rate: $11.50 AUD

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders generally arrive within 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote or regional areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Delivery Area

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia.
Please note: We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after shipment.

Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control. If there are significant delays, we will do our best to notify you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, you may be required to cover re-shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

We are not liable for parcels marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your parcel appears lost or is stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to lodge an enquiry. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds in such cases.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition

• The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving it

• Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required

Important: Items that appear used, damaged, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. This can also be resolved at the event.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs (the original $11.50) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at nthdegreedance@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll organise a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
